2. Credits, Payments, and Refund Policy

a. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Refont operates on a virtual credit-based system. Users may purchase virtual credit packs to generate digital assets on our site. These are one-time purchases (Pay-as-you-go) and are not recurring subscriptions. By placing an order, you agree that you have properly read and fully accept the terms regarding payments and our refund policy.

b. No Refund Policy

As a SaaS provider, all products and services offered by refont.ai and its business units are non-tangible and irrevocable, so we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and delivered. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction. Due to the computationally intensive and inherently random nature of AI generation, once compute power is consumed to process a prompt and generate an output, all sales are strictly final. We will not issue refunds even if you are subjectively unsatisfied with the generated results. This policy is final and serves to protect our system from abuse.

c. Credit Consumption and Expiration

  • Paid Credits: Purchased credits are valid permanently and will never expire as long as your account remains open.
  • Free Credits: We may provide complimentary or daily free credits for users to try our services. We reserve the right to modify, expire, or clear these gifted free credits from your account at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • System Errors: If a generation fails entirely due to a technical bug or error on our system, the exact amount of consumed credits for that specific failed task will be automatically refunded to your account balance.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on our Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our Website;
